Right of withdrawal (EU customers): Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason. To do so, notify us at info@scimamolds.com within this period, then return the item within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. [Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.]

Custom & personalized molds: Please note that made-to-order or custom-designed molds are produced specifically for you and are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal, in line with EU consumer law — unless they arrive faulty or defective.

Faulty or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us within [14] days with a photo and we will replace it or issue a full refund, including return shipping.
