All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

We ship worldwide via FedEx. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• Greece: 1–3 business days
• European Union: 3–5 business days
• Rest of the world: 5–7 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free shipping on orders over €450, if applicable.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs & duties: For orders outside the European Union, any import taxes, customs duties or fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
